- At least 2 years of experience in digital sales and marketing in corporate and government organizations, with a focus on learning and development or staff training.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage and track sales activity.
- A degree in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
As a Digital Sales Representative at Teams That Win Consultants Limited, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing digital sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication and engagement.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
- Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close, using CRM tools to track and report on sales activity.
- Collaborating with our marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
